Refund Policy

The difference between a failed credit allowance and a payment refund request.

Last updated October 11, 2026

Failed generation

A generation that fails returns the credit allowance reserved for that task. This restores the ability to create a video; it does not automatically refund a Stripe payment. A task that is queued, creating, saving, or checking an uncertain submission has not yet been declared failed. Check the task status and available credits before starting another request.

Completed results

AI results can differ from the source photo or your expectations. Check the whole clip, including movements and the ending. A saved, completed result with a visual imperfection is different from a task that could not be delivered. Do not assume that every preference-based complaint automatically qualifies for a payment refund.

Requesting a payment refund

Payment refunds require a request and review. Keep your Stripe receipt, purchase date, pack, and relevant task identifier, and explain what happened through the Contact form. Your request is saved for review; submitting does not send an automatic email. Do not include full card details or passwords. No automatic payment refund, fixed approval period, or unconditional refund window is promised on this page.

Purchase and refund records

The Starter purchase does not renew. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel renewal through Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund prior payments or remove paid, unused credits. If a payment refund is approved and processed, the related credit allowance and billing records may be adjusted to match the refunded purchase. Necessary transaction records may be retained for reconciliation and business requirements.
